Kura Shoulda Woulda: Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival 2020

Hilarious tales of love, loss, whanau dynamics, Sonny Bill Williams and surgeries.

After two sell out seasons in the 2019 New Zealand International Comedy Festival, Kura Forrester is thrilled to bring her award-winning show Kura Shoulda Woulda to Hamilton for the first time.

Inspired by her recent history, Kura lovingly reflects on her life so far and unveils hilarious tales of love, loss, whanau dynamics, Sonny Bill Williams and surgeries. Sharing her contagious spirit for life, she unpacks her failures and triumphs, and also plays eccentric, relatable characters throughout the hilarious, clever and fast paced show.

The actress and comedian, as seen on Educators, Shortland Street and 7 Days, won the coveted Billy T award at this year’s NZ International Comedy Festival confirming her as a rising star in the New Zealand comedy scene.
