Me tū i te tū a Tāne Rore ki Te Papanui, e tau e! The Tainui Secondary Schools Kapa Haka Festival will bring together schools from all corners of the Tainui region to celebrate kapa haka in the spirit of kotahitanga and whanaungatanga.

Over ten teams will grace the stage with the poise and raw power of our ancestors. The day is bound to be a great day out with kai and taonga stalls providing a festive atmosphere for the entire family to enjoy. The top 4 teams will represent Tainui at the National Secondary Schools Kapa Haka Competition in Auckland 2022.
